All through elementary school, middle school, high school, and college, I hated reading. I would like to blame it on the fact that I was forced to read, but I look back at it now and I think I really missed out on some really great books. The books that were assigned in school never got my attention, so I would pray that there would be a movie to go with it so I could just watch that instead and skip reading the book. I took the easy way out. I regret that now.
In the last 11 weeks I have read nine books. Most of them are really amazing stories. I have been keeping a list of all the books I want to read and it is literally endless. I would love to hear about some books that you all have loved and recommend for me. I am open to anything, non-fiction, biographies, fantasy, and thriller. Send 'em all my way!

thats so cool chult. I feel the same way. I always looked up clifs notes or didnt read all of the book. I have found that I really enjoy reading, i just dont have the time now. someday I want to go back and read all of the books I "read" growing up. So proud of you, 9 books is A LOT! Probably more than I have read in my life. :)
p.s. I still want to know how you get cool backgrounds on your blog.

That's a really great idea to read all the books that you "read" when you were growing up. I should do the same!
